Sangita Reddy - Founder and Managing Director
Sangita Reddy is the Founder and Managing Director of Apollo Health Street. She continues to guide the company’s strategic direction. Under Sangita’s guidance, Apollo Health Street has become a global company with world class capabilities.
For more than 20 years, she has worked to optimize costs and improve service delivery for both Providers and Payers. Sangita has been a pioneer in advocating the benefits of the Global Delivery Model. She has earned the respect of international healthcare leaders and has influenced the development of the healthcare information technology industry.
In addition to her leadership role at Apollo Health Street, Sangita is also the Executive Director of the Apollo Hospitals Group.
Andrew DeVoe - CEO and President
Andrew is the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Apollo Health Street group. Andrew’s global focus is on enhancing brand equity and accelerating the growth of AHS to match the vision of becoming the largest, fully integrated healthcare BPO company in the world. His leadership of the AHS teams continues to refine strategic business objectives including the implementation and oversight of customer-focused processes.
He has over two decades of experience in the healthcare sector. Prior to this appointment, Andrew was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Andrew also had tenures with Tenet Healthcare Corporation, Health Management Association, Inc. Naples, Florida and Hospital Corporation of America, Nashville, Tennessee. At Tenet, Andrew was a four-time recipient of the Outstanding CFO award.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Belmont College, in Nashville, Tennessee.
Divya Sehgal - EVP & Chief Operating Officer
Divya is the Chief Operating Officer of Apollo Health Street. In addition to overseeing the operations across the US and India, Divya also heads the Payer SBU of AHS. With his background in corporate strategy, business management and operations, he is responsible for delivering the highest level of services to Apollo’s US Payer and Provider clients.
Prior to joining Apollo in 2001, Divya served at McKinsey. His consulting work at McKinsey involved business restructuring, acquisition advisory, formulation of entry strategy and design of portfolio strategy. His diverse list of multinational enterprise clients included both public sector companies and private business groups.
Divya received an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and an Engineering Degree from Indian Institute of Technology (Delhi).
Arnab Sen - EVP & Chief Administrative Officer
Arnab is the Chief Administrative Officer of Apollo Health Street. He leads the company’s Mergers and Acquisition and oversees corporate initiative for AHS group.
Arnab’s previous experience includes several years with McKinsey & Company, where he was involved in formulating turnaround strategies, identifying greenfield and acquisition-led-diversification opportunities for several top tier Indian corporations. Subsequent to his work at McKinsey, Arnab co-founded Emedlife, a Healthcare services company focused on providing Third Party Administrative (TPA) services. Emedlife was acquired by Apollo Health Street and Arnab has been with the company since then. In 2004, Business Today profiled Arnab as one of the Top 25 Hottest young executives in India.
Arnab holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and an Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
Bill Colgan - SVP, Armanti Operations
William Colgan (Bill) heads the Armanti business of Apollo Health Street. Armanti Financial Services (AFS) focuses predominantly on providing eligibility and charity care services to hospitals. Bill works to define a common provider platform for the AHS group as well as leading the technology integration.
In 1992, Bill started his own software development company, Medlink which specialized in the development and deployment of Electronic Medical Records. AFS continues to use Medlink software to provide Account Receivables (AR) services to its clients. In 1996, Bill joined National Data Corp (NDC) as an Executive Vice President. NDC provided AR management services specializing in Physician and Hospital billing, collections and Practice Management. In 1998, he left NDC to start Armanti Financial Services. AFS subsequently was acquired by AHS in August 2006.
Bill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Bio-medical engineering and Computer Sciences from Rutgers University, NJ.
Shanker Narayan - SVP, Chief Financial Officer
Shanker is the Chief Financial Officer of Apollo Health Street.
Prior to joining AHS, Shanker had a proven track record across multiple functions in the Telecom, FMCG and VC businesses. In over 14 years he has been in various reputed companies like Bharati Cellular, Hutchison Telecom, 2i Capital, Spice Communication, Akzo Nobel, Mcdowell & Co Ltd, Asian Cables and Larsen & Turbo. His responsibilities included funding, business due diligence, investment decisions coupled withfinancial and commercial management.
Shanker is a Chartered Accountant and was ranked 26th at the All India Level.
Diana Palumbo - SVP, HR & Administration
Diana heads the HR division of the AHS group and all its subsidiaries.
She is responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategies of AHS, with strategic focus on organizational development, performance management, compensation planning and employee retention.
She has more than 15 years of progressively responsible human resources experience. Diana worked for IMRglobal/CGI, where she successfully managed the integration process for 800 employees from an acquired company who needed to be acclimated to CGI's culture, policies and procedures. Diana developed and managed the centralized HR Operations Service Centers in New England for Fidelity Investments, US’s largest mutual fund company.
Diana graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Bentley College, Waltham, Massachusetts.
Siva Chittor - SVP, Integration
Siva facilititates the integration efforts at Apollo Health Street.
With over 14 years of experience, Siva has worked with IMRglobal /CGI operations in India, Japan and the US. In the past he has had a variety of roles in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, financial engineering of large outsourcing deals, financial planning, reporting and legal counsel.
Siva is a Certified Public Accountant from India and a qualified Corporate Secretary.
Hariharan Velayudhan - SVP, Physician & Payer Sales
Hari leads the sales efforts for the Physician and the Payer businesses of Apollo Health Street. He is also responsible for the sales effort of IT and Implementation business.
Hari has over 12 years of sales and marketing experience across consumer goods, e-commerce and healthcare sectors. He brings the knowledge of managing leading consumer brands to healthcare. Prior to his current role, Hari was instrumental in launching India's first Disease Management Program.
Hari has an MBA degree from IIM - Ahmedabad.
Tim Dewey - SVP, Enterprise Solutions
Tim heads the Enterprise Solutions business unit of Apollo Health Street. A veteran in this discipline, Tim manages the company's Service Desk Solutions, including global operations and consulting.
Tim was Operations Manager at CHS, Inc. in Georgia, and was Operations Director for Connecticut-based Central Communications where he was responsible for day-to-day operations of the company's call center. He is an experienced executive with over 15 years of leadership and management assessing vision, strategy and execution of the Enterprise Services business. He has implemented various customer service programs and deployed state-of the-art VOIP technology for multi-customer centers
Tim graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Prelaw from the University of New Haven in West Haven, Connecticut in 1991.
Namit Agarwal - SVP - Integration and Quality
Namit heads the Quality and Operation Integration teams of AHS. His departments’ work ensures the seamless merger of AHS with the recently acquired entity, Zavata. Namit has strong operational experience with heading the Provider and Payer BPO operations at AHS.
Namit’s prior work experience at Citibank Technology has enabled him to bring the advantage of applying technology in a process intensive environment. Namit has undertaken varied responsibilities including business analysis for treasury, design of data warehouse / back-office systems, operations support for mission-critical systems, project management of software development and web-enabling of customer applications.
Namit is an MBA from IIM, Calcutta and an Engineer from IIT (Kanpur).
Richard Lipack - SVP, US Operations
Richard heads the US operations for Provider businesses for AHS.
Prior to its acquisition by Zavata, Richard was the CIO of Accordis, and one of the co-developers of AccessLine, the company’s proprietary online account management system.
Over the years, Richard has played a major role in the design, development and implementation of ongoing enhancements to the AccessLine system. Prior to joining Accordis, Richard served as Executive Vice President at HHL Financial Services, a major healthcare billing and collections company with more than 1,700 employees. At HHL Financial Services, he was responsible for the branch office day-to-day operations.
Richard obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Concentration in Computer Science from Pace University.
Sanjeev Bajpai - SVP, IT Operations
Sanjeev heads the IT delivery for Software Development & Quality Assurance, Implementation Services, Product Support and Professional Services. He also leads the AHS teams for Technical Support Services (Internal IT infrastructure and Software development & Support).
With over 25 years of rich experience, Sanjeev has the expertise in leading IT initiatives for planning, deploying and managing large scale IT projects. He was earlier associated with reputed companies like LML, JK Synthetics Ltd., Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd., and Microland Ltd. In his previous assignments, Sanjeev has been instrumental at setting up world class environments in SAP, Ramco Marshall, Lotus Notes, and Corporate Intranets.
Sanjeev holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Delhi University and has participated in specialized top management courses by premier institutions like IIM (A), NIIT and Sapient College.
Vijay Nakka - SVP, Provider Operations
Vijay is responsible for running the Provider operations of AHS and India. He has over 25 years of Revenue Cycle expertise with work experience in the United States and more recently in the off-shore BPO industry in Hyderabad, India.
Vijay began his career as a Process Associate at Children’s Hospital National Medical Center in Washington DC. Prior to joining the company, Vijay worked at Sacred Heart Hospital, St. Joseph’s Hospital, and Bon Secours Baltimore Hospital in Patient Finance Services. In 2002, Deloitte Consulting hired him to manage their offshore Revenue Cycle Service in Hyderabad, India.
Vijay received his education in India and the United States. He specializes in Healthcare Administration and majored in Economics with a minor in Accounting.
